Namia River Retreat Named One of the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels 2025 by Prix Versailles

We are delighted to announce that Namia River Retreat has been named one of the Most Beautiful Hotels in the World 2025 by the Prix Versailles.

This recognition reflects a shared vision between the client and T3 Architects, of what a truly outstanding hospitality project should be: creating beauty, caring for the land and the people, showcasing local culture and craftsmanship, and drawing inspiration from architectural and landscape heritage. And when such a vision comes together with an exceptional site—located near a UNESCO World Heritage town and along a magnificent river—the magic truly happens.

We are also proud to highlight that this project was realized in great cooperation with KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO, whose contribution played a vital role in bringing Namia River Retreat to life.

The Prix Versailles “pays tribute to innovation, creativity, reflection of local heritage, ecological performance, and the values of conviviality and participation to which the United Nations is committed, and it aligns with the principles of intelligent sustainability—taking into account ecological, social, and cultural impacts.”
